Population Management
What is PM? In my ideal world, it’s a Federally enforced law that prohibits morons, junkies, dole bludgers, criminals and the like from giving birth.
Think about it – if you’re born into the world by a long term junkie and their habits continue through your childhood, not only are you going to have a pretty crappy childhood but chances are, you’re going to become a junkie too. Same with serial dole bludgers, criminals etc – they give NOTHING to this country/planet except 6 offspring to follow in their footsteps… increasing the cost on every Australian and basically polluting suburbs with their presence. Even if 3 of the 6 kids break the trend and get jobs, there’s a massive chance that the taxes they pay aren’t even going to cover the cost of supporting their sibling's alcohol habits.

I haven’t looked for concrete evidence but I’m sure that there’s a direct correlation to those people mentioned above and crime – take them out of the equation and… well, you can see where I’m going.

Speaking of crime, I believe the same should go for those who have repeatedly committed crimes (or committed serious crimes, let’s say anyone with a total of 10+ years jail time) – “you do the crime, we dry up your slime” – your rights to have kids went out the window along with the TV you just stole.

Now, before you get all huffy and puffy about civil liberties and all that nonsense, think about what these pests have done to other people’s rights? Leaving syringes lying in public toilets, breaking into homes of innocent people who have spent their hard earned cash making it into what they wanted – and as for those on the dole – you get back what you put in. If you’re willing to work, you earn the right to plant your seed in whomever will allow your small scabby prick inside them.

This is better than the quick fixes of cops driving around in Hummer’s to “build police presence” – they won’t be needed when there’s no scum around.. It may take a generation for us to see the full results but the results will be ongoing thereafter.

So who’s with me? You can start by kicking the next junkie you see in the family (or in my ideal world “no family”) jewels… don’t worry, that’s just a temporary measure until we can lobby Kevin07 to make some change.

Ohh hell yes Nicko, where do i vote for you? I agree 110% with everything you said!

I also think a lot of other of our problems are due to over population as well, ie Water shortage - we don't have a water shortage, we just have TOO MANY PEOPLE USING WATER!!! Just about all of the worlds problems can be answered with "population control" your way is a lot more civilised than mine - I just want to randomly kill people off to reduce population.

Sorry.. can't go along with that.

Over population i agree with, but the problem we have is that once you start down that path it becomes a very slippery slope. First its murderers and rapists, then its television thieves, then its white collar crime, then its you stole a loaf of bread and we're back to the late 1700's. When you create laws, you have to have very strict processes around it, but politicians being what they are will try and score points at any stage they can, so meddle with law and order and send everything pearshaped.

While I agree that there is a need for some realistic population control, i think that you have to look at the larger problems that we are going to face in the next 100 years. That being the continued growth of the 3 leviathans of the population boom, those being China, India/Pakistan and Africa. As long as these countries countinue to breed, we will face all sorts of problems.

It's like I've said all along, these aid agencies saying how we should help the poor african nations. Can you imagine what would happen if africa suddenly came out of the 3rd world, and started wanting cars, buildings and any number of comodities that we take for granted, the world could not cope.

No.... what we need is a plague to go through the world again and take out a billion or so people.

Remember Nicko... Britney Rae-Smith-Franklin from Frankston who has 6 kids.... 5 of them will join the army when we start conscription again as we're invaded by china and Indonesia... Morons who breed have a use... they take a bullet (or a few of them) for the rest of us
